Moorfields appointed receivers over two extensive residential properties in Buckinghamshire
Property specialists Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of Moorfields were appointed joint Receiver over the properties on 10th August 2016.
The extensive 5 bed residential properties are located in the highly sought after area of Gerrards Cross and were originally built to a high specification. Unfortunately the properties have remained empty for a number of years following unresolved planning issues.
Moorfields are resolving the planning issues prior to marketing the properties for sale.
