Simon Thomas and Robert Pick of Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP have been appointed Joint Administrators over Nature Food Restaurants Limited, a chain of restaurants based in the South East. The restaurants and bars specialised in contemporary Asian food and speciality cocktails. The chain had begun to struggle with increased costs and poor trade over the Christmas period. Moorfields were appointed by the directors following their expertise in the hospitality sector. The prime high street locations mean the restaurants are attracting a number of interested parties, which the Joint Administrators are hopeful will result in a sale in order to preserve jobs and maximise return to the creditors.
