Moorfields appointed Receivers over Farm Site in Durham
On 11th February 2016 Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall, Agriculture specialists from Moorfields, were appointed Joint LPA Receivers over High Grange Farm, West Street, Hett.
The site comprises of approximately 82 acres and farm buildings in the idyllic village of Hett near Durham City Centre. Subject to planning permission the site has 2 self build opportunities one for a 4 bedroom property and the other for a 3 bedroom bungalow.
