Leading property specialists Simon Thomas and Arron Kendall of Moorfields were appointed Joint Administrators of FAB (Aberdeen) Limited on 9^th August 2016.

The development company’s portfolio consists of land with building plots for 26 properties, 6 semi-detached 3 bedroom properties and 1 detached property. Unfortunately the company ran into difficulties after lack of demand in the local area.

Moorfields will be looking for tenants for the vacant properties prior to marketing the properties for sale.
