Leading insolvency practitioners Moorfields Advisory are proud to announce the successful sale of the business and assets of Enferm Medical, a temporary recruitment business specialising in NHS agency staff.

The company, incorporated in 2015, had built a strong reputation for supplying high-quality temporary staff to NHS trusts across the country.

Following financial challenges and HMRC presenting a winding up petition, Moorfields were appointed as Administrators on 9 September 2025.

Moorfields marketed the business and assets for sale and are pleased to confirm the sale of the business and its assets to Connect Medical Solutions on the 9 September 2025. The transaction secures the future of the company’s workforce and ensures that NHS clients continue to receive the vital staffing support they rely on. The buyer, Connect Medical Solutions, brings industry expertise and a commitment to growth, positioning the business for long-term success.
