Moorfields Corporate Recovery awarded Panel Status for National Asset Management Agency (NAMA)
Leading insolvency and rescue firm Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP were awarded panel status to NAMA for the provision of Enforcement and Insolvency Services in the UK.
NAMA was established in December 2009 as an initiative by the Irish Government to help solve the excessive property lending suffered by Ireland’s banking sector. The majority of the acquired assets were property related.
The agency issued an invitation to tender in October 2012 with a view to appointing panels for both Ireland and the UK who have experience of acting in complex corporate, property enforcement and insolvency cases.
Moorfields successfully submitted a tender along with a number of other firms and were pleased to be awarded position on the UK panel.
