I made an online order before the Administration. Will I receive my items?

According to the Company’s records, all orders received have been fulfilled or refunded. As there is no stock left, any customer that has not received their order will be an unsecured creditor of the Company, but you are unlikely to receive any payment in this regard.

Take Time to Pay (“TTTP”) Scheme

If you have settled your TTTP agreement and collected your goods, then you are no longer a creditor of the Company and no further action is needed.

If you pre-ordered goods using the Company’s TTTP facility and did not collect the goods before the stores closed then you are a creditor of the Company, as you have paid money to the Company but have not yet received goods in exchange for your payment.

You do not need to take any action as the Administrators already have details of your claim. Please be aware that on the basis of information available, you are unlikely to receive any payment in relation to your claim.
