The business and assets of Euroboozer Limited, a leading UK-based importer and distributor of speciality and craft beer, has been successfully sold to Inn Express following the appointment of Moorfields as administrators.
Euroboozer, renowned for its curated portfolio of domestic and international speciality beer brands and a loyal customer base of high-end hospitality operators, multiple operators, retailers, and wholesalers, faced ongoing financial challenges due to structural changes in the sector alongside infrastructure and investment not being able to keep up with growth since 2023. These have been further compounded by the various operational issues and crises that everyone knows all too well and have arisen as a result of Brexit and Covid.
On 25 June 2025, Andy Pear and Michael Solomons of Moorfields Advisory were appointed as joint administrators of Euroboozer Ltd. Immediately following their appointment, they completed the sale of the business and assets to Inn Express, safeguarding jobs and ensuring continued service to customers and suppliers.

The purchaser, Inn Express, is a drinks wholesaler supplier with a wealth of experience in the drinks industry. Inn Express has indicated its intention to continue building on Euroboozer’s market presence and existing supplier relationships, whilst capitalising on new warehouse facilities in Berkhamsted enabling it to better service the key markets in London and the South East.
