Moorfields Advisory, administrators of Gunna Drinks Limited are pleased to have completed a share sale of Gunna Craft Soda Inc.
Gunna Craft Soda was a wholly owned subsidiary of Gunna Drinks Limited manufacturer of soft drinks and mineral waters specialising in eco-friendly, health-conscious flavoured lemonade. The company launched in the USA in 2022 and had worked hard to establish a reputation in a competitive space and experienced significant revenue growth since launching.
Moorfields completed the sale to a United States buyer on 26th February 2025 ensuring continuation of supplies to customers and secures future investment needed to pursue the company’s growth ambitions.
