Moorfields Advisory Appointed Administrators Over Major 700-Unit Residential Development in Eastbourne

Residential; Administration

Property Specialists Moorfields Advisory have been appointed Administrator of Tarn (Mornings Mill) Limited, which owns a significant residential development site in the Eastbourne area. Planning and reserved matters are currently being progressed for approximately 700 new homes.

The large-scale scheme represents one of the most substantial residential development opportunities in the Eastbourne area and is designed to deliver a comprehensive mixed-tenure neighbourhood, supporting the town’s continued growth and meeting sustained housing demand.

Eastbourne remains one of the South Coast’s strongest residential markets, underpinned by robust demand fundamentals, improving regional connectivity, and its attractive coastal setting. The scale and strategic positioning of the site present a compelling opportunity to bring forward high-quality new homes in a market where supply remains constrained.

Milan Vuceljic, Joint Administrator at Moorfields, commented:

“This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a major new residential neighbourhood in Eastbourne. The scale and quality of the proposed scheme will make a meaningful contribution to housing delivery in the town.”
