Tess Mitchell is an Assistant Manager at Moorfields Advisory. She brings over four years’ experience in restructuring and insolvency, with exposure to a wide range of complex assignments.

Prior to joining Moorfields, Tess worked at McGrathNicol as a Senior Analyst, where she gained experience across formal insolvency engagements, corporate advisory and complex sale processes. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Engineering (Honours) from Monash University, combining strong analytical capability with strategic thinking. Her experience enables her to support the delivery of practical, commercially focused solutions across a variety of sectors.
