Andrew Jagger is a Director at Moorfields with over two decades of experience in insolvency, investigations, and litigation. Based in the Gatwick office, he advises on both corporate and personal insolvency assignments, with a strong track record in complex and contentious cases.
Andrew began his career in 2000 at Levy Gee in Worthing before moving to Tenon plc, where he gained valuable experience on public interest cases, including high-profile investigations into boiler room frauds. This early exposure developed his expertise in forensic investigation and contentious insolvency, areas that continue to form a core part of his practice.
Qualifying as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2009, Andrew has since managed a diverse portfolio of cases, covering all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency. He joined BM Advisory (now Moorfields Advisory) in 2018, bringing his specialist skills in investigations and litigation to the firm’s growing practice.
