
Kilburn High Road – New Build Residential Development
Moorfields were appointed to manage a new build residential development comprising 66 high-spec apartments on Kilburn High Road, London (Zone 2).
The development was a gated scheme adjacent to Kilburn Grange Park, featuring 66 units, with all other units already sold. The apartments ranged from 560 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft and included:
- 7 × 1-bedroom units
- 11 × 2-bedroom units
- 3 × 3-bedroom units
The flats are held leasehold (250-year leases) with the freehold optionally available, and include a 10-year Housing Warranty (BLP).
Objectives
- Preserve and enhance the value of the remaining apartments for sale.
- Ensure effective marketing and sale execution to maximise recoveries.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including buyers, developers, and lenders.
- Maintain compliance with legal, leasehold, and warranty obligations.
