MOORFIELDS SECURE SALE OF THE LODGE CARE HOME IN ESSEX SECURING RESIDENCY FOR OVER 90 RESIDENTS

The Law of Property Act Receivers Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas are delighted to have sold The Lodge Care Home in Romford alongside Real Estate Agents O’Kane Commercial and Bespoke Care.

The Lodge located in Collier Row, Romford is a high-specification purpose-built care home for 94 elderly residents. The care home commenced trading in 1996 and has 96% occupancy and good reputation for providing quality care.

The property was sold to Riyanzo Limited who have plans in the future to invest further in the home and improve profitability.
