Moorfields appointed Administrators over Country House Hotel
Arron Kendall and Simon Thomas of leading restructuring and insolvency firm, Moorfields Corporate Recovery Ltd, were appointed Joint Administrators over Oyster Hotels Limited (“Oyster”) on 9 February 2015.
Oyster owns and operates the Marsh Farm Hotel in Wootton Bassett, Swindon; a 50 room hotel, with a variety of services from corporate conference facilities, a beauty salon and onsite restaurant,
The Administrators are continuing to trade the hotel with the assistance of Convivial Group Limited, hospitality and leisure industry experts.
