Profile
Arron began his career working in finance for a global private sector business. He transferred to insolvency in 2003 where he joined a mid-tier firm, Middleton & Partners LLP to specialise in administrations, liquidations including carousel VAT fraud cases for HMRC and restructuring of SMEs. Alongside this, Arron successfully operated and restructured a £5m+ leisure business over an 18 month period. Further commercial experience was gained in commercial property and leisure businesses.

Arron joined Moorfields in November 2008.


Experience and skills
Arron manages an administration and liquidation team dealing with SME businesses with typical turnover ranging from £1 million to £50million.


Selected Projects

  • Garage door manufacturers, £40m turnover with seven sites throughout the UK. Successfully traded the business with subsequent sale.
  • UK manufacturer with £22m turnover.
  • Moorgate Taverns, pub operators with ten freehold public houses, valued at £4m.
  • Telecommunications operator based in UK, Isle of Man and Gibraltar. Multi jurisdictional restructuring and sale of subsidiaries.
  • Restaurant Group, multi site operator based in the South East. The business was successfully restructured through administration and liquidation procedures.
  • BVI cross border turnaround working closely with the lender and the serious fraud office.
